Jazzercise is a fusion of aerobics and dance. Performed to upbeat music in classes, it is designed to be a whole body workout using dance-based movements to focus on different muscle groups and give you a feel good cardio workout.
Jazzercise, is easy on the joints, a low-impact exercise where you will still raise your heart rate.
At the end of every class, the instructor finishes up with an amazing cool-down.
You will also be with other people at the same stage of their fitness journey as you. You’ll have plenty of time to socialise and make new friends.
